nm.py autopkgtest: Skip check_connected_device_config() calls.
We are skipping this test as it often randomly fails on IPv6 configurations without any reason as the configuration is working anyway and the correct addresses get confirmed by the check_low_level_config() in the end (and there is an even more thorough checking of the correctness of the addresses).
