Jan Gerber 2005 Jan Gerber &date; NetworkManagerDispatcher 1 &package; Network management framework &package; &package; calls scripts in /etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d each time the network is broght up or down by NetworkManager. Arguments to these scripts are network device and up or down. so it will call something like /etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/example eth0 up NetworkManager (1), nm-applet (1).
