Subject: Enable systemd support

- Install NetworkManager.service unit file in /lib/systemd/system.
- Add --with-systemdsystemunitdir=/lib/systemd/system to configure flags.
- Add debian/patches/03-systemd.patch containing Debian specific tweaks for
  the NetworkManager.service unit file.
