Those libraries have been deprecated for several years. The successor is
libnm, a GObject-based client library using GDBus instead of dbus-glib.

There are currently too many issues with dh_installsystemd, so switch
back to compat 10 using dh_systemd_enable and dh_systemd_start for the
time being.

Removed Set-the-default-powersave*.patch, and instead install
config file that accomplishes the same (LP: #1557026).

But don't Recommend libnss-resolve, because the local resolver + libnss_dns.so
should suffice for all uses and the resolved nss module is unnecessary added
complexity.
We need to specify "dns=systemd-resolved" as for the time being our
/etc/resolv.conf points to resolvconf's generated file instead of
systemd-resolved's, so the auto-detection does not work. Do that in a separate
conf.d file in /usr to avoid unnecessary conffile prompts in the future. The
user can still override it in /etc.

DHCP client support with dhcpcanon is still marked as experimental and
support for Open vSwitch will require more package related changes. If
Open vSwitch support is enabled, this will most likely be provided via a
separate binary package.

Bump Build-Depends on ppp-dev to (>= 2.4.7-1+1), which includes
dh_ppp that has --plugin-dir. Add ppp addon to dh sequencer. Add
Breaks: ${misc:Breaks} (generated by dh_ppp) and remove the version
from Recommends: ppp. Use dh_ppp --plugin-dir to determine the ppp
plugin directory.
